Register for the WEN

Ticket prices include:

  • all campus activities on Saturday 7th (including lunch)
  • 1 entry to the gala evening at the Titan room
  • 1 welcome drink
  • Cocktail reception including wine (Maison Hebel)
  • Shuttle bus after the gala evening (to city centre and Centrale Nantes campus)
NB The Saturday morning and afternoon activities on campus are open to all, FREE OF CHARGE. The only charge is for lunch for those who did not purchase a ticket.

Early Bird Tickets

  • Student with AECN and/or CNA membership: €35
  • Graduate (CNA member) / Graduate (class of 2019): €50
  • Student / Graduate (non-members CNA/AECN) / Staff / Guests: €60

Standard tickets

  • Student with AECN and/or CNA membership: €40
  • Graduate (CNA member) / Graduate (class of 2019): €55
  • Student / Graduate (non-members CNA/AECN) / Staff / Guests: €65

As the reductions granted to AECN/CNA members are linked to subsidies allocated by AECN/CNA to the WEN, we are unable to offer the same rate to your guests (spouses, friends etc.) Please select the 'guest' rate for each guest accompanying you.
